to send out appointment confirmations and 6 monthly and yearly reminders;

If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale or negotiations of a sale to you.
to notify you about changes to our service

Information we receive from other sources. We may combine this information with information you give to us and information we collect about you. We may us this information and the combined information for the purposes set out above (depending on the types of information we receive).

We do not collect data regarding children. We do not book appointments where a person under the age of 16 will be the only person at home on our arrival
Removing your data
Should you wish for us to no longer contact you please email or call the office.
Any direct marketing is sent out no more than once a year with the exception of your 6 monthly reclean reminders which is only sent out to existing customers via email, text message, post or a phone call.
Access to information
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. All information is stored securely and is not accessible for you to view online.
