
Part-time Receptionist / Admin Assistant
We are seeking a local permanent Part-time Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team! You will be working 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri 10am - 2:00pm, need to be flexible to cover holiday and sickness cover when needed. £7.50 - £8.50 depending on experience. Our offices are based in Beckenham, Kent.
Responsibilities:

Answer inbound telephone calls

Handling customer enquiries

Scheduling appointments for our technicians using our in-house booking system

Making outbound calls

Responding to email enquiries

Assisting in sending out mail shots

Filing and data entry

Perform all other office tasks
Experience:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

IT skills and knowledge

Fast learner

Excellent telephone manner

Ability to prioritise and multi-task

Strong attention to detail

Strong organisational skills

Flexible, enthusiastic and positive approach to working within a team.

Oven Sheen Ltd is a family run, independent domestic oven cleaning company, established in 2006. We are based in Beckenham, Kent and our work is carried out throughout most parts of London, Surrey, Kent and parts of Middlesex and East/West Sussex.

No experience or qualifications are necessary as full training will be given. A vehicle and uniform will be provided after the initial training period.
