We are based in South London.

How long will the cleaning take?
Many factors such as the size of the oven, levels of soiling etc will effect
the cleaning time. The time varies from 1-3 hours.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, our technicians are fully insured.

Are there any extra charges that need to be paid?
Parking and the congestion charges will need to be paid by the customer,
if applicable.

How can I pay?
You can pay by cash or debit/credit card. Please note that all credit card payments will incur a 2.5% surcharge.

How soon can I use my oven after the clean?
The oven can be used immediately.

Can I book a regular appointment?
Yes, many of our customers pre-book for regular appointments, you can
either arrange this with our technician or you can give us a call.
